Essential Oil Blend - Calming

What is it?

A relaxing, mellowing blend of pure essential oils to breathe tranquillity into a busy life. Add a few drops to an essential oil diffuser and inhale.

Essential oils have many therapeutic benefits and are free from artificial or chemical perfumes, preservatives and other potentially harmful substances, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).

The blue glass bottles are equipped with a dropper.

How do I use it?

Add a few drops to an oil burner or diffuser.

What's in it?

The Essential Oils:

• Bergamot
  
• Bergamot's gentle citrus and floral combination gives Earl Grey tea its distinctive flavour. It can help to boost moods and ease worries, especially if feeling a bit low or sad.
• Cold-pressed from the peel of the fruit.
• Frankincense
• Frankincense's aroma is deep and warming and can help lift the mood and ease worries.
• Steam distilled from the resin of the tree, native to Somalia (EU pressed).
• Lavender
  • Lavender is calming and relaxing and commonly associated with sleep.
  • Steam distilled from the flowers, leaves and stalks.
• Sweet Marjoram
• Sweet (also known as French) marjoram is soothing, comforting and particularly helpful in times of stress.
• Steam distilled from the leaves and flowering tops.
• Patchouli
  • Patchouli has an exotic floral aroma, putting many in mind of the 1960s! It is grounding and can help to balance mood.
  • Steam distilled from the leaves.
• North Indian Rosewood
  • Rosewood is a lovely floral aroma with woody and slightly spicy undertones. It is comforting and warming.
  • Steam distilled from the chipped bark.
• Ylang Ylang 
  • Ylang ylang has a beautiful floral aroma, which is uplifting and balancing.
  • Steam distilled from the flowers.

Cautions:

• Essential oil blends are concentrated and should not be applied to the skin undiluted. If this occurs wash skin well with water and soap.
• Do not ingest. If this occurs seek medical advice.
• Keep out of reach of children.
